AUTHORS are seeking Hampshire residents with amusing stories about the Royal Navy and RAF.
Father and son team, Ian and John Patterson, have already written books on the police and the army.
They are now planning two more titles, and despite being based in Shrewsbury, they are focusing much of their efforts on finding anecdotes in Hampshire.

They are concentrating on the county because of the large number of retired forces personnel - particularly from the Royal Navy - who live here.
All stories contributed will have the names changed, to spare blushes, and those sending them in can remain anonymous.
A share of the proceeds from the books will be going to the Help for Heroes charity, which helps former armed forces personnel.
Visit www.forcesgonemad.co.uk or call Ian Patterson on 01939 210287 if you think you can help.
